Not my most favorite flavor but it gets the job done.

I am still paying attention to how I use this product and if it is benefiting me re my Calcium intake.

UPDATE: I had been using this and the last batch I ordered wasn't up to par with the previous ones I have bought. The flavor seemed off, and there wasn't any fizz. When I contacted the company they said that they were switching brands of some of the ingredients and that's why it may have tasted different. My concern is the consistency and quality. If I'm paying this much for a supplement I want to know that the correct amount of vitamins is in it, but I'm not sure how well they blend their ingredients if mine lacked fizz. Customer service offered nothing, no replacement, so I am disappointed by that. Not sure I will continue to purchase. I have loved it but need a supplement that I can trust is correctly labeled.We love this brand! I have tried the plain calcium magnesium blend and it worked great for us. Upgraded to the D-K Calcium Plus and we are happy with it. Helps with my husbands headaches and helps me sleep. We get the raspberry lemonade flavor. I don't find it too sour at all. It is very fizzy and for some reason when you inhale around the drink it makes both of us cough, but I let it sit for a few minutes and then it is fine. We will be purchasing this every few months! Price is comparable to natural grocery stores in our area.

I didn't think at first this stuff was working. But, I talked to my son who oredered a different brand of this. He said that the instructions on his said to add warm water. So about 1/2 way through the jar, I tried adding the water warm. It was amazing! It actually fizzed when I added the warm water, which it didn't do before with cold water. I drank it like a tea. It made me sleeping withing about 30 minutes. They may want to reconsider their directions for mixing..Update: I reordered this and it came in the new jar. Its doesnt had the metallics in it. I dont care for the flavor at all, compared to the other one. It leaves a bad artificially sweet taste. And it doesn't taste as lemony.

After not 1 but 2 really bad knee injuries a nutritionist and chiropractor suggested I take care internally and aid my knees to heal. Being over 40 it was also suggested I take a liquid form instead of a pill. I was a bit skeptical but needing to desperately improve my health so I tried this. Once I ran out, I began searching for it online and like the convenience of getting it here. The wait was long. But, I LOVE THIS. Feeling whole again. After a month I used 1/2 a scoop twice a day where I used to take 2 scoops a day. You get used to the tart taste. Sometimes I put it in my juices. I can handle the taste to get the good results. Good for cramps (magnesium) , calcium and vitamin D3. Flakes will settle to the bottom, still drinkable.

My husband owns and operates Fedex routes, in Arizona. He literally rushes all day delivering packages. It can be tough esp in the heat. He started complaining about leg cramps so I did research and ordered this. Leg cramps are pretty much gone! i use it too and like the vitamins/ingredients.

Tastes okay. Still waiting for health benifits.
