Arrived promptly, had several attachments and one of these fitted my small Karcher, one of the others was the right size to prop in the trigger to keep it on! I had a rainwater gully that was blocked solid, I removed what I could by hand and then deep down it went into a convoluted bend and I couldn't reach any further, and no prodding with stick or one of those stainless steel snake things would do the trick, had visions of an expensive call out. But this I was able to reach down with this, get it pointed round the bend and it broke up the mud and silt that had baked solid in the pipe on the bend and in a few seconds suddenly the water broke though, then I was able to push it down the drain the other 9 of the 10 remaining metres, and give the thing a good flush out. The jet angles are just perfect for even the most dense blockage, it was about £20 well spent and I was very much relieved to get rid of the floor water that was lapping up against my house threatening to get in the under floor vents. Would highly recommend, and whilst I hopefully won't need it again, maybe in a couple years I'll give a maintenance treatment to prevent this happening again. Decent quality fittings in brass and hose itself is quite sturdy for the money. Even includes couple small rolls of PTFE tape to reduce any drips from the joins and give the head a secure seating. It helped me saving a lot of money as I was able to clear my drains by myself with ease. Just plugged into my karcher and push into my outside drain system ... my drains working perfectly fine now and if I ever have another problem I all ready have all i need to clean my blocked drains

Make sure to disassemble the attachments after use otherwise they rust. I noticed this after leaving attached for about two weeks. But still ok and sprayed the metal ends and attachments with light oil to store. Great product and cleared the drain even though I only used a small domestic pressure washer.

Quickly cleared an outdoor gully that was blocked with grease from kitchen waste water.The gully was blocked with fats in the trap so I couldn't clear by hand, and caustic soda also failed. After bailing the waste water out of the gully, and feeding the head of the drain washer into the gully it quickly cleared the blockage with a bit of jiggling around.The jets out of head have good pressure although given its size not sure it would clear a blocked foul drain.Definitely recommend if you want to save the high cost of a call out!I used it with a Karcher KB 2020B pressure washer.

I used this on a pressure washer to clear my blocked drains and the length is great to reach deep in to the drains. The two nozzles allow for clearing a blockage and then clearing build up. One provides a strong forward piercing action to break though blockages, with rear jets to propel itself forward. The other has spiralling jets to clean the wall of the drains, again pulling itself forward. A point to note is that my old and slightly leaking pressure washer didn't cope with the extra back pressure of this pipe, but work wonderfully on a washer borrowed from a neighbour.

Arrived on time and it's good quality but unfortunately there is supposed to be two different types of nozzle I was sent 2 of the same nozzle which is the one I don't need so it won't be much use now. A shame.

It does the job, both nozzles work well. The threads for the pipe ends are a bit loose but there are O rings and plenty of PTFE tape solves this. If you have an older Karcher washer you will need an adapter.
