Q: What kind of bottle does it fits?

I like to drink whiskey, so I usually use whiskey bottles, and most of them are suitable. I think bottles with a diameter of 22mm or more are fine.

Q: Can the valve be unscrewed for cleaning and check for leaking? Also, please confirm this is actual metal and not ceramic like others with the lights.

To ensure safe drinking, our products are linked internally with silicone tubing and are leak tested before leaving the factory. If you need to clean it, you can open the faucet and pour clean water into the pouring spout, the water flow will clean the inside of the pipe very well. We do not recommend taking the product apart for cleaning as it is likely to cause leaks.

Q: Is it easy to install?

Very convenient, you only need to fix the main body and the base with screws, and even a screwdriver will help you, and you can start the assembly directly after disassembling.

Q: This turned my drink a black color. Why? What is this?

Dear customer, We judged that this was caused by the rust of the iron pipe at the junction of the faucet and the silicone tube. You can try to clean the water pipe and empty the remaining water inside (it is recommended that you blow toward the top of the dispenser mouth to completely drain the remaining water in the pipe). Let it stand for one day, and then pour water out. If it is still black, we recommend that you use food-grade citric acid to make a solution with warm water and pour it into the pipe for 1-2 hours, then drain it and clean the inside with clean water. If the drained water is dirty, try to clean it several times. In addition, we advised keeping no liquid residue inside the dispenser after use. And we really thank you for your kind question!
