Why do you want to wash shoe laces???

Q: Are these thicker than dress shoe laces?

Yes they are, pulled taught ~ they are about 2.5mm. relaxed the Vsudo are ~4.mm my Dress laces are ~ 3 mm. both have 3mm ferrules..
