Q: What is the diagonal inside dimension? My bed leg is 3"wide and fits on a plastic riser when placed diagonally

I don’t know the exact measurements but I think it would fit.

Q: My bed frame has wheels can they be used in this?

It should work. Our bed frame has wheels also, and these risers worked fine. The interior depression of the risers is 3 inches square and 1/2 inch deep. So if the wheels on your frame are compatible with that, it should work. The 1/2 inch deep might seem too shallow, but it's not. These are solid wood and very sturdy.

Yes, you could get some spray paint designed for wood. These would look lovely painted.

Q: Can you buy individually for king or queen beds which need 5-6 risers?

No. I think they only come in sets of 4.
