Don't be fooled. This robot looks like it runs on rubber tracks like the pictures indicate. It's cute and worth the price but unfortunately, it doesn't run on carpets. The wheels that drive this robot require a hard surface. That said, this robot is cute and very affordable.

I gave it to my son for Christmas and he will not play with it. It is too small for the money invested.

Two AA batteries are required for the remote control and are not included… And should have been.Though the pictures make it look like this remote-controlled toy has Caterpillar tread or tank tread… That is just for show. There are small wheels on the bottom.This is a cute little toy. It looks a bit larger in the listing pictures then in actuality. It is about 5 inches tall.Overall, this toy works just fine. It’s simple but easy for kids to use and operate. It is made in China and being sold by Chinese company on Amazon. At the current price of twenty-three bucks it’s at least twice the price it should be, but currently there is a “coupon” for 45% off, so if it is still showing, make sure you click on it before purchasing.

The media could not be loaded.  I like this robot it’s sturdy and it works very well. It talks a little, it’s eyes light up, it comes with a charger and a screwdriver to open the back of the wireless controller that it also comes with for the batteries. This makes a great gift!

The Robot is Great the( remote control) is dollar store cheap, it does 'NOT' hold AAA Batteries properly.

Creepy little guy. Such high hopes for this little bot. After all he is upgraded. I thought they might have improved some mechanical issues along with chip upgrades. But he didn't quite deliver. In fact, the system is worse - and creepy sounding. I like the little robot beep talk when he first starts up. But then he has a creepy evil laugh. He says a few other things and his voice is not cute at allThose big treads are just for show. He actually can't move on carpet. Bigger wheels please! I thought this would be part of the upgrade. How difficult is it for the makers to figure out that carpet would be this little guy's downfall? He can travel the universe and visit different worlds - just as long as it is a completely flat surface. At least th e creepy little guy can't get to me if I am on carpet.He can go forward, backward, and spin. He does not go straight when in reverse most of the time.He zips around pretty good on the flat hard floor. He spins around pretty quick also. But that also means the left and right control buttons are pretty sensitive. He doesn't go exactly straight forward or back.You can have his eyes lit up or not. He also plays songs. They play pretty loud. There is a demo button, where he shows off his moves automatically.This toy is a miss on many levels.

The size of the robot is perfect, not too big and not too small. I honestly think the robot is really cute .My kids have been playing since it is arrived. They love it. I think I might have to order another one , so they can have their own robot.
