Need to mask the flavor

AG1 is expensive and I was hoping to find a sub. This flavor is so bad compared to AG1 (which also isn't wonderful, but it's better than this). I'm hoping I can find a way to tolerate it because it's less pricey and I like that you can see each ingredient. It also seems to mix better... With AG1 it's always super chalky at the end but this is a little better. I'll update after I can test if it increases my energy...

First couple of days you will be going to the bathroom quite a bit it does give you a boost and curbs appetite but I haven't seen a difference in weight loss gives me more energy during the day

I just bought this a week ago. Have been takling it now for 5 days in the morning. I mix mine like a latte using unsweet almond milk then a small amount of agave nectar. I do intermittent fasting and only eat from 3 pm to 7 pm so I take mine in the morning. I suffer from fybromyalgia and at the time I got this I was in a flare up. I was exhuasted. After the 3rd day i was able to start my walks again with the dog in the evening. I did find I am a little bloated but I think my body is just adjusting to all the nutrients.

The taste is flavorful- smooth and creamy when I mix with coconut milk. Water less creamy but tasty, less sweet. Perfect for my husband who travels and forgets to eat healthy. He takes in his suit case and I slip a few in is work bag. Love this product
