Great product. Very effective.

It is by far the best probiotic on the market. I am healing from gastritis. This product brought my healing to another level. It has both probiotic and prebiotic (food for the probiotic). I highly recommend it. The bottle says to take two pills, but I am good with one a day. Do not take with meals as the stomach acid will destroy the probiotic. I take it in the morning or 20-30 minutes b4 eating my first meal.

These are amazing. I tried everything over the last 3 months to ‘get back to normal’. I was afraid to leave my home prior to taking these in fear I would have an uncontrollable situation.
