the adhesion works well on most surfaces. i have used two of these on a arcteryx jacket to add patches. through rain, sun, and freezing temps, they still stuck on. multiple washes and they still hold on. put multiple other on wood, canvass, plastic, and many other things. gave it a 1 star on remote control due to it being velcro and has no option for remote control. why is that even a option
