Great product
Arrived fast, looks great and easy to use. Plugs into 13amp socket so very easy installation. Heats extremely fast. Can’t fault it and a bargain.

Fantastic hob and easy to fit
Works really well. I was skeptical after some people had flagged the plug and play hobs don’t have the same amount of power as a mains connected one. However, this is really quick at heating water and food up. Really impressive on boost function too. Only fault is you can’t use boost whilst using more than one hob. It replaced our old gas hob and I find it quicker to cook most things, and much less time is spent waiting for pans to heat up.

Piercingly Loud Touch Controls
I’m not sure why the hob controls have to emit such a loud, shrill beep with every action. Maybe the design team previously worked on smoke alarms? It’s highly annoying and completely unnecessary. 2 Stars deducted just for that! That gripe aside, the hob itself performs well. The 13-amp plug it comes with makes the 3.7 kW rating more theoretical than real. I chose to hardwire mine into the existing cooker circuit to avoid adding extra load to the kitchen ring. Besides, in a fitted kitchen, what’s the alternative? The plug has to be accessible, so where are people actually plugging these things in?

Should of bought one sooner
Easy installation just plugged straight into wall socket , very easy to use and so much easier than a gas hob . The boost function on the top left ring boils a large pan of cold water 2ltrs for pasta etc incredibly quickly . Be aware though that the speed of cooking is dependent on the quality of the cookware make sure it’s good quality and recommend for induction hobs
