Speedy little read! A nice reminder to yourself that you're so much more than what your brain tells you are! And WHY you think that way! it's a fast read and written well.

It was very compelling
"Don't Believe Everything You Think" by Joseph Nguyen A clear, concise primer on mindfulness and mental freedom. Its short chapters make profound concepts highly accessible, perfect for beginners seeking relief from negative thought patterns. However, it stays at an introductory level, offering little new for readers already versed in this philosophy. A quick, impactful read for a specific audience.

I’m in awe, and not even half way yet
For the first time in my 29 years, I finally felt what it’s like to pause the overthinking—real heart relief, real control, and real understanding of my own state. I’m not usually into reading. I’ve started a book or two before and never pushed myself to finish them, but this one was completely different. I found myself thinking better thoughts, manifesting, and truly experiencing every word. Being able to relate to so many pages, knowing I’m not alone in what I’m going through or how I’m feeling—it was genuinely calming and brought me so much peace. I’m really happy I got the chance to read this book, and hopefully the next one I choose will be just as meaningful.

One of the best reads of my entire life and I don't say that lightly.
Highly recommend this book to anyone and have given copies as gifts to friends and family. The premise is true and a great lesson - if you overthink anything, it leads to negative affirmations due to self doubt and internal analyses. Thoughts are positive but thinking begins to drive negativity. This book was a gamechanger for me at this stage in my life (45 years old). I cannot recommend this book enough!

Nourishment for the Mind
I enjoy the book's message, it is highly relevant to my thought process for sure & my journey to develop an elevated mind. This book order was for my eldest son and a prior order for a woman who desperately needed to read. She told me it helped her immediately recognize her behaviors.

This book packs a punch for such a small package
Great book. Easily digestible and at the same time profound. If you’re someone who says “I’m not really a reader, but I’d like to be” this book is a great place to start your journey. Cheers!
