I do a lot of repetitive movements with my hands for work and these seem to help stretch and relax my hands. The egg shape is ideal. I bought the large ones because I have pretty big hands. My hands are about 7in long from base of palm to fingertips, and my palms are just over 3in wide. The Orange one has air bubbles in it but it doesn’t seem to affect the quality or durability. Overall great product.

I don't used to this for stress or to strengthen my hand but I've used to this reduce pain and swelling in my hands. I've been experience upper shoulder pain that moves to my arm and hand and I just have the urge to squeeze something and this is perfect! I can't explain the connection but it really helps relax my muscles just by squeezing these "eggs." And I love the different firmness of the them all, it really helps when my hands are feeling swollen.Might be helpful to note that I am pregnant, therefore experiencing all these pain that I'm normally not prone to.

The egg shape is form-fitting to the hand and a great way to exercise your fingers and hands. An exercise guide was not included, but I found exercises on YouTube.

Great to increase flexibility and reduce stiffness

I suffer from arthritis and there are times when I can barely bend my fingers without significant pain. These are just the perfect size and shape for loosening my joints with very little effort. When I first start to use the egg I can feel the stiffness disappear. I soon forget how stiff and sore I was and just continue to work my joints until I am nearly pain free. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to strengthen their grip or gain more mobility.

Got these to assist while I’m donating plasma. The yellow one is perfect size for my smaller hands and soft enough to create resistance without cramping.

My doctor suggested I get the stress balls for my hand after I had surgery on my wrist. I use them all the time when I am watching TV. The three egg shaped balls are of three different resistances. They graduate from easier to squeeze and progress to more difficult. My hand and wrist are doing much, much better since I have been using the stress balls.
