Perfect fit on US General / Harbor Freight tool chest
Was tired of using a key to latch drawers shut while rolling around on rough driveway. This drops right in and works like a charm.All you have to do is remove the small plate on the latch that restricts it to 90° rotation and then it can spin 180° (actually can go a full 360° so it doesn’t even matter which way you turn it)

The cam lock is fine but it's too short for my door
The cam lock is fine but it's too short for my door, which is my fault for not measuring the thickness of the door before ordering. The cam lock that is on the trailer door has a large washer on both sides but this lock doesn't have them.

Ge rid of Plastic Parts
Replaced plastic lock on my RV with this one. Product is great. The latch had to be slightly modified in order to work but that was not a problem.

Newbie beware!
I had to order another one of these and figured I'd post in case anyone else did this. I am not familiar with these locks but figured how hard can it be....Do NOT assemble before you have this in place. I saw a little ball bearing and spring, wondered what it was for and where it went. Found the little hole that would house and put them in. Well...couldn't get it back apart :-( I'll have to try this again, lol.

Sent without the cam.
I bought 2 of these.. I specifically wanted the cam locks without a key. Well they made good on part of it and it came in good time but now I need to get the cam. Make good on your product and I will update this review...

Well built, but I didn’t get the measurements right. Don’t assume that all thumblocks are the same size.
