Honestly, I was a little skeptical at first, but holy cow, this thing is legit!The equipment is easy to use and it has a bunch of different lights to choose from. I also love that it's got a green light for reducing hyperpigmentation and a yellow light for reducing inflammation.But the best part? This thing actually works! After just a few weeks of using it, I've noticed a big difference in my skin. It looks smoother, more even-toned, and just overall healthier.Another thing I appreciate about this LED face mask is that it's super easy to use. You lay under the machine, choose your light, and sit back and relax for 15-50 minutes. My aesthetician at an expensive medical spa used a nearly identical device. After consulting an engineer friend who assured me the science was the same, I looked for a LED light with the most lights possible and decided to give this one a try.I have battled a chronic inflammatory condition that leaves acne scars and discoloration for 20+ years. Many doctors, salves, ointments and treatments later, the advances were meager. So my expectations were low, but I am wonderfully surprised by the results. After using the light daily for just 2 weeks on my face, hands, feet and lower legs, inflammation is greatly reduced, blemishes are disappearing and the overall texture and discoloring are evening out. I look like I've had a face lift!I highly recommend this light. It's well worth the price, and is very easy to put together. The color options are Red /Blue / Green and Color. The color button has several options, just push it repeatedly until you find the color light for which you're searching. I suggest the manufacturer add a laminated card to the packaging explaining the advantages of use for each color. I keep referring to picture on the Amazon product page.I'm very happy with my purchase!

I was really excited to try the LED Face Mask Light Therapy. The product was on a good sale and the face technician at the student salon in town looked at this specific model and said it looked like a good one based on the things you need to look for.It is very easy to set up and easy to use. I think it has the potential to work well if you use it a couple times a week over prolonged time. It is definitely less expensive than going somewhere and paying to do it and is a cost effective way to help your skin look and feel healthy.The primary cons for me are:1. I am very light sensitive and light can trigger migraines for me. I thought I would be fine since you wear goggles while you use the machine, but I was wrong. I used the red and white lights (what the salon recommended for me). I tried the machine about 6 times and got migraines 3 of the times. One was awful. It says in the description that the product is not good for "light allergic" people. I wasn't sure what they meant by allergic, but maybe they mean really light sensitive.2. It makes a loud beep when the time is up and the light turns off. I found the beep to be jolting after lying in the dark relaxing.So, if you do not deal with light sensitivity and migraines, I would recommend the product. It does what it is supposed to do.If you are light sensitive, might need to find a different way altogether to take care of your skin than LED light therapy... (Interestingly, I did read an article that said that the green light can actually help decrease the pain of a migraine, while all the others intensifies it. So who knows, maybe the green light would help you...)

After using this for over 6 months-I waited to review to give enough time to truly assess any benefits-i can say it definitely has helped my aging skin.The unit arrived complete, quick and easy to assemble and quite comfortable and easy to use, though having better information included to explain the different light cycles and their benefits would have been helpful. I went back to the Amazon product site to get that info. After washing my face, i'll use this for 20 min (has adjustable timer that turns off automatically) about twice a week and play a meditation track or do leg exercises while I'm laying there. Primarily, I use the red and white lights and have found my skin to seem smoother and firmer and my fine lines diminishing. I'm often complimented on how great my skin looks for my age (68). I am concerned about my eyes so I keep them closed and wear the rubber goggles adjusted to prevent any light coming through. For the price ( I think it has gone down even), ease of use, and skin benefits, I would highly recommend this "home spa" device to help support healthy skin.

Bottom line: This works!56 year old female. I use this three times a week, 20 minutes on the white light (fine lines and wrinkles) and 10 minutes on red light (healing), mainly anti-aging strategy. I have been using this a little over a month and I have had several people ask me what I am doing with my skin. Glowing skin, tightness of pores, and all over improvement of lines and wrinkles (I haven't used the goggles) and my eyes and under eyes have improved Dramatically! I love how the size of the Mask covers entire face and neck area, easy to use with labeled light colors, and a fan. I had someone tell me that there was no way I was over 38 last week at the doctor's office....I attribute this to regular use of the LED Face Mask Light Therapy! Buy it! You won't be sorry!

Product Received in 3 week and I have so far has been using past 2 week and found so far so good , Product reliable and don't any problem. I hope that the product help improve my silk problem.
