Easy to use, seems to work

Really liked this... I used it to seal round vinyl flooring.. works well.. and not too expensive.

Turned out not to be what I was looking for to stop a gutter leak. Needs to be thicker spray and more flexible.

I have used this 12 months ago on a leaky pipe out doors and it has not leaked since will done ,its easy to use great value for money prevents leaks from coming back will buy again,

I have used this product before. It dries quite quickly and you can add another coat or two should you wish to, and it suits the condition that you are dealing with. Very useful for small internal weeps but I use it on the outside wall and where a flat roof meets a collapsing area of flashing which enables water to enter sometimes. Depending upon where used although it is transparent, if used on a white wall area it can be painted once dry. Different too black bitumastic spray so as I say, more than one coat could be needed in certain conditions.

Excellent product as I had a little plastic overflow pipe joint under the boiler that had a drip when boiler was on . I had to place a container underneath for water to drip into. I was amazed to see no leak after spraying it with the sealant . Job done as I would have needed a handyman to sort it out. There’s lots of spray left and placing it upside down keeps it from drying .. which means I can use for other jobs ie leaking gutters and pipes etc. very useful stuff.
