I've never experienced razor burn and ingrown hairs like this episode that has lasted for weeks. I decided to shave my bikini line in the shower with the razor instead of the edge trimmer I usually use and OMG!!! Such irritation and pain: I didn't realize how dull the razor was and man, am I paying the price...this is the end of week 3!I was looking for a better shaving implement when I ran across this Razor Bump Treatment. I had already tried Witch Hazel alone, Preparation H Hemorrhoid Wipes and Cortisone 10, which alone or in combination gave me some comfort but the condition persisted. I tried this treatment and yes, it stung at first and yes, it does smell like nail polish remover BUT both the sting and smell quickly subsided.While this treatment definitely gave me relief and helped the healing process as far as the abrasions and burning, it didn't completely relieve the itching. So I decided to use it first and follow up with Cortisone 10 and it's doing the trick. It's definitely a tricky situation because of the location of the situation, which can't be "aired out" since I must wear clothes to work and in public. But I'm thankful to my fellow "Amazonians" who posted reviews of their experiences and to QRX Labs for this product. I'm almost completely healed.

If you want a great razor bump lotion. Go with dollar shave club repair serum. Been shaving my head for years. That’s the only thing that works for me. I tried this to save a buck. Don’t make the same mistakeBut do as you like

I have terrible issues with razor burn and have tried so much! When used consistently after shaving with a sanitized blade, this works wonders. No sting, too! And it is a generously sized bottle. Can apply with a cotton round or reusable round, or even just dump and spread depending on how large the affected area is.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks after shaving (and even waxing) and it’s definitely very soothing to the skin! It’s almost immediately calming from the irritation caused by waxing/shaving and feels very gentle. And it’s got a consistency like water, so it’s easy to apply/dab on the skin.While it does seem to help with ingrown hairs, at the end of the day I’m still getting some. And I’m sure it’s impossible to eliminate them completely which is why it still seems like a good product overall. Same with red bumps, I still have them but I’m sure it’s hard to completely eliminate those.If you’re looking for a soothing skin product to aide in reducing irritation, this is it. If you’re looking for a quick fix to eliminate ALL ingrown hairs and/or red bumps, this probably isn’t the product for you.
