For the price this ends up being a really good chair! Comfortable padding, good back support, adjustable arm rests. It is a bit hard to put together, especially with one person, so I recommend having two sets of hands for assembly. One thing that perplexed me is that the backside of the chair had a wire with a USB plug on the end, but the chair itself has no speakers or anything on the outside that would give hints as to what the cord was for. Upon plugging it in I discovered that the chair vibrates, like a kind of massage chair? Even weirder though is that my husband bought the same chair for his office since he liked it, but his came without the wire and vibration. Not sure what that is about, but has no bearings on the quality of the chair.

They will be sending me a replacement.Let start by saying on of my arms is broken, I can still use it but it's very loose. I wanted this chair for my craft room so that I can sit in and crochet or what ever else. I need more support for my back. I needed to be able to lean back and have armrest. So I would say this chair hit all those marks with the exception is the partly broken armrest. A bit tough to assemble but we got it done. It doesn't roll as smoothly as my other chairs I have but I don't have far to roll so that's not a deal breaker.Update: I order new wheels because the wheels are not moving at all and it's scraping against my floor.Customer service is great,they sent out my arm for the chair.

UPDATE 5/6/22: Customer service reached out and was responsive. My son will be using the chair and the one I received feels durable and should last a long time. The back cushion puts good pressure on your back where you need it. It reclines really far like a recliner.After reading the other reviews it looks like everyone is receiving different chairs. Mine was easy to assemble and comfort is okay. I’m a big guy at 6’6” and the chair feels a little small for my size and not as comfortable as my last gaming/office chair.Mine has the footrest (but I’m too tall to use it), non-flip-up hard armrests, no usb cable like other said they had. Mine came with all the pieces.The parts felt heavy duty like they’ll last a long time. The cushion is okay but not great. The back pillow is thick, almost too thick, but puts pressure on my back. The neck pillow is more like a shoulder pillow for me.

The chair is very comfortable! My only gripe would be that the wheels jam and it does not roll smooth on the floor. But other than that, its been a great chair for the price.

The chair was easy to assemble and quite comfortable to sit in.

The chair is comfortable and easy to put together, however one of the issues is some of the screws that attach the arm rest to the back of the chair aren’t tightening after a certain point. It makes the armrest kind of flimsy and causes the chair to creak when moving. I’m thinking I just got a dud because some of the washers inside the back of the chair where the screw goes into we’re popping out a bit and that may be why it won’t tighten all the way.

I purchased for my son who is a teenager and I figured it would be ok for him and since he does not take care of his things well, this chair would suit his needs.I like the sturdiness and the quality of it I have a chair in my office that I paid more for but is not as comfortable as this chair.

I didn't purchase this chair for gaming purposes but for my desk at work. I was needing something that was more comfortable than the typical office chair. It feel great for my back and the foot rest is a plush. The seat portion is not as cushy as I had hoped.
