Choco*Smooch Organic Baby Lip & Face Balm, with Argan, Calendula and Sea Buckthorn, 22.18 ml

I am also an adult and tend to get chapped lips if I don't use chapstick regularly. I love this! It has a nice large diameter (1 inch across, 3.25 inches tall) which makes it easy to apply, and does an excellent job at moisturizing my lips and keeping them moist! It sinks into my lips instead of just sitting on top, like a film. It actually seems to be healing my lips, because even when I wash my face, my lips still look healthy and plump! But I enjoy wearing it for constant moisturization and also because it smells soooo good! Mildly of chocolate, but not overwhelmingly so! I was hesitant to buy it at first because I don't always want to be smelling chocolate, but the scent is not strong at all, and I stop noticing it or it disappears after a while. I would highly recommend it.

I ordered this after reading all of the rave reviews. I was using the Erbaviva Lip & Cheek balm which is very similar and comes in the same size container. I found however that while the Erbaviva felt great on my lips, once it was gone they would feel a bit dry and cracked. Or maybe it was just that it tasted so good that I kept licking my lips (haha joking). So I thought I would give this one a try. I was concerned about the bees wax content because I figured it would leave my lips dry, also but I got mine this week, took it out of the mail box around 3 pm and tried it on. Hours later, at just a few minutes before midnight the same day, my lips were still feeling like silk. And OMG, the chocolate smell? Just heavenly! I just love it. It is packed with loads of great nourishing oils like avocado, argan and sea buckthorn oils. This one is definitely a keeper! And so much product for your money. Love, love LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: One important note, I saw a reviewer complain about what I think she called the "excessive fragrance" and say that it would surely ruin any benefits this balm has. This reviewer, Caitlin, I guess, is not familiar with pure, natural, raw cocoa butter, because that is what she is smelling. There is no added fragrance to this balm. Those familiar with nature know, however, that the best chocolate smell you can get is from raw, unrefined cocoa butter.

This product makes my lips feel so smooth! glad it was rated 0 hazard in cosmeticdatabase.com...I have recently switched over to organic products and a healthier living....enjoy! this smells just as it says...can't wait to try more of their products! UPDATE: (1/14/2012) This product is good for on the go or quick application since I am obsessed with stick products whether it be foundation, concealor, and best of all this 2-in-1 can be for many uses. The update is for something I found that is way better than this but not in stick form =(....I use this mainly as chapstick at night and I have to apply it MANY times throughout the night and morning and I still wake up with dry lips and I constantly peel my lips which is a bad habit..this works well in the summer but the winter I need something EXTRA and I finally found it!!! I found Aquaphor! It's pricey but it's like vaseline on steroids..it's so moisturizing! I use it for EVERYTHING! Even as lotion but it's super thick! I use it on my lips at night and I don't have to reapply at all and it's still moisturizing in the morning when I wake up! 1/15/15: UPDATE- This is a GREAT nose butter for dogs! My dog had a extremely rough nose (maybe allergies or weather) I applied this 2x's a day (morn/night) and his nose is healing extremely fast. If you love animals then this will work on them too =) BTW I still use vaseline, aquaphor, and Qtica moisturizer under lipstick only.

I am an organic lip/face balm junkie and have used a variety of brands over the years. Choco Smooch has some excellent ingredients and smells great; a little oily on the face at first but it soaks in rather quickly and is good hydration for dry, thirsty skin. Another thing I look for is a lip balm that has a pleasant flavor, however the flavor of this lip balm leaves something to be desired. With all considered I might purchase Choco Smooch again, but there are a few other brands that I prefer over this one.

I have been purchasing this lip balm for years, and have not been able to find a better formula anywhere else. I have tried many other lip balms, but some are too waxy and hard, or too oily and thin. I use this on my lips, and on my cheeks where I tend to get flaky skin. I like that I don't have to reply too often because it is dense enough. However, it is not so thick that my skin can't absorb the oils and nutrients found in the lip balm. The balm calms and protects my skin which is why I keep coming back to this product. It has never irritated me and helps maintain the health of my skin. The size of the balm is convenient for me because I end up losing small sized lip balms, and this balm can cover larger areas of skin. Best of all, I smell like chocolate and the scent is not artificial-- it is natural.

This is great stuff!! I totally recommend this to everyone! It’s a must buy! This gets your lips really soft with just first application. Makes rough skin on your face or elbows or arms or knees very soft. ❤️

The best Lip Balm I've ever used....period. First of all it's organic with easy to read nourishing ingredients. Then, it smells wonderful, a subtle chocolate scent without lingering or being over bearing. And it goes on the lips smoothly and evenly. Finally, it works! It does what a lip balm is suppose to do; it keeps the lips moisturized for a long time. I don't have to keep reaching for it to re moisturize my lips. I like the Jumbo size of it too, because it doesn't get lost in my purse. Another bonus, due to the size, is that it lasts a long time. All of these reasons are why I keep re-purchasing this Organic Lip balm for myself and to give as gifts to others. I hope the ingredients and formula always stays the same.

-I would recommend all the products this company do, not only are they beautifully scented and organic as you know. But they really do what they say they should - the repair cream and the - lip and face balm are specifically good for any age skin protection that's it, they do protect your skin old or young this product would appeal to anyone. I would suggest trying this whatever your choice of product is, this is certainly one worth a try - a friendly service too from the staff if you need them.

My 1 year old had extremely dry skin around her lips (combination of dry winter/ teething drool rash) it helped immediately !

Choco*Smooch organic baby lip & face Balm does not only smell superfab (sweet chocolate scent) but works great on adult skin too. It is also very soft and doesn't leave any grease-like texture on lips. (*I bought it for my use). Clean and nicely packaged and superfast delivery.
