Solved my problem
I used this to replace the oil tank on my Optimax 225. It is functioning great!Only issue is that one of the lower mounts doesn’t line up well.

Leaking at bottom fitting
Bought to replace the original reservoir on my 2015 Mercury Optimax 200. It's fits perfectly and all hoses and mounting points lined up well. After 3 months of use the lower fitting (where oil exits the reservoir to flow to the oil pump) developed a major leak. I was hoping it was just a bad hose clamp, but the leak is actually between the reservoir body and the fitting.Item descriptions claims the part has a 1 year warranty. I'm going to test that claim.Edit: 28 Jul 2022. I am adding a couple stars for customer service. I contacted the seller (MOTOCEO) on 24 Jul. On 27 Jul I received a replacement oil tank. Quick and easy warranty service!I also ordered an OEM replacement oil tank from a Mercury dealer, but the part is on back order til next month (supply chain issues). With the replacement MOTOCEO at least I will be back on the water tomorrow. The warranty replacement tank will probably fail again in a few months, but by then I will have the OEM oil tank on hand to replace it.Bottomline: stick to OEM parts if you can, but MOTOCEO stepped up and honored their warranty for me, and I appreciate it.

Defective unit
The media could not be loaded. Bought this unit, replaced the one that had a slow leak because the cap wouldn't lock, and it started gushing out oil through the sensor cables. Absolute garbage, wasted time installing it and having to remove it again. Hope there is a way to return it.

Worked great but Broke In under 1 month
I have a 2006 Optimax 225 the oil tank and sensor worked great and fixed my 4 warning beep problem.———— UPDATE———- The plastic hose barb on the bottom of the tank some how broke or fell off when the boat was not even being used.Update Replaced unit failed again same problem hose barb broke off the bottom of the tank. Junk not worth the risk to fail on the water.
