Bon, soyons franc : je ne l'utilise QUE pour ouvrir les huîtres. Mais dans ce rôle, il est juste parfait. Le meilleur que j'ai jamais eu ; plat, tranchant, très solide jusqu'à la pointe, c'est idéal.
