First off we have a Boarder Collie/ Australian mix, he weighs around 50 lbs. We take him camping with us frequently and we’re always having issues finding something good to put his food in and having a bowl for food and water that doesn’t take up a lot of room or just doesn’t pack well. First the quality of the material is way better than I was expecting for the price I paid. It a nice thickness of material and the stitching looks good. The food bag size is perfect for holding his food for at least 5 days we feed him about 2 cups a day. The two bowls are made of the same material and are large enough for his food and plenty of water. We haven’t used them yet be we are all excited to try them out. If I find any issues with them I will update review.

I bought this to carry my dog’s food around because I was previously using grocery store bags. I have a large breed mutt dog and he eats about 5 cups of food a day. This bag fits all of the food I need, is clean, water-safe, very easy to use, is very compatible when not in use and it has a nice minimal appearance. I also love the travel bowls it came with. They fold nicely just like the bag and they can hold kibble or water. Highly recommend.

Great travel set! I bring my pup with me whenever I can get away with it. This set is works really well. The food bag holds a lot and the rolling/velcro closure works for both short and extended adventures. The two bowls are generous and accommodated (inadvertently) my sisters St. Bernard. The permeability of water in the bowls is fine in outdoor settings or over short periods, but does leech through over time. The elastic loops on the bowls are handy for attaching the set together, but are a bit too large/loose. Lightweight set that will be great for short backpacking trips. I would like them to "fit together" better when combining them for travel, but I've found rolling the bowls into the outside, top of the food bag works well enough. Overall, definitely pleased.

Quality of materials appears excellent. I like the black liner inside the collapsible bowls and the bag, which adds a layer of protection to the inside of the bowl and food bag. The bowl roll down to about the size of a Twinkie, and if you fold the bag right, is almost the same size when rolled up. Very easily lockable, even if simply flattened and placed flat in a pack. Our dog is of medium build, and she has no issues drinking or eating from the bowls. Both bowls are the same size, and I like the blue one for water, which makes it more easily recognizable as the water dish to anybody helping is on the trail or in the park. They arrived in a convenient ziploc style bag, which I use for storing them. There were some strand threads I needed to trim off, but none of them were loose, simply extras from the sewing. We have had no issues with the bowls staying open, and even after being tightly rolled or folded, they opened easily and fully with little effort. We are very pleased with these.

Really good product. We used these when we went camping. It is cloth but it stands up pretty well for a water bowl. The big pouch doesn't hold enough food for our girls for more than a day (MAYBE two if we really stretch it). We have a rottweiler and german shepherd. Make sure you keep it up though because it's not sealed and can get ants in it.

Excellent concept. Superior to the old plastic bucket we carried for thousands of miles because the more you use it the smaller it becomes. Very nice when heading into a hotel room at night with suitcases and stuff because this textile system makes it easy to carry the dog’s food, water dish, etc. The rigidity of the bowls is perfect. Size is ok too. But, the bowls are not waterproof and for many reasons, that’s not good. I figure I’ll use either a hotel room’s thin plastic liners or a poop bag folded over and line the nylon bowl with those (think an ice bucket liner in a motel room).

Use these bowls in our camper van when we travel. Really easy to pack up and take on hikes. The loops on the bowls meant we could attach them to our bags or even the dog using a carabiner clip. That meant the water bowl wouldn’t get everything in our bag wet after using it. And it holds water really well without leaking through. Used it in a hotel room and left water in it overnight without the carpet underneath getting wet.The dog food bag holds a lot more than expected and was perfect for two dogs for 2-3 days. We keep a bigger container under our bed, but having the smaller bag meant we only needed to access the big container every so often. Because of the flexibility of the food bowl, it was really easy to pour uneaten food back in the bag without wasting any.They are large bowls and during times we were hiking and didn’t want to waste water we would pour a little in and then hold the bowl at an angle for them to drink from so the water would pool enough they could get some. But that also meant less spills so it made it easy to give them water in the van while we were driving without having to stop.

lightweight and well made

This is great to have in the car to use as a spare. I've used it for food and water at the end of walks. Quick and easy to use. Sturdy to hold water or food for a ravenous dog. Folds up nice and small, easy to clean, light and can easily be carried with you on longer walks should you want. A great product and would certainly recommend. I've even bought another as a present for a friend.

I like this product, it folds up really easily and is super easy to travel with.The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because i was counting on it holding 30 cups of food like it says in the description, but in reality it only holds about 20 cups of my dogs food. Which makes it about 3 days shy of a week’s worth of food for my dog. Not the end of the world, but helpful to know for planning.I needed it for a week at the cottage, but will have to find something else to hold the remainder of the food

Just what we needed for off-roading with the pups! Easy to pack as they just fold up, but food bag is giant, and fits more than a few days worth of dry kibble. The bowls are super easy to clean, and have a wide mouth for the pups noses to fit into. Lovely colors and durable material. A must have for anyone!

Fits the need. I have a 60 pound dog, eat two cups of food per meal. The bag fits his meals well. The water bowl and food bowls are light and compact, good for travelling light.

The water bowl becomes quickly saturated and will soak into whatever is underneath it. It’s not “waterproof” at all. The important description that I missed at the bottom of the Amazon page says to not use for prolonged periods of water, and yet the entire kit is advertised for a week long getaway. The food bag did not hold 25 cups, but only 20, and the problem with the food bag is that when it is full there is no way to close it. There is no velcro or enclosure at the top. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the purchase.
