Well packaged and all it needed was a tune right out of the box. Then it was ready to go. It plays really nice and it's got that old school metal sound, look and feel that I was after. A really nice guitar for a good price.

Ordered 2, 1 for my Son & 1 for me. These are great beginner or intermediate guitars. Although they are an excellent value, they are also made in China and could have slight imperfections that nobody else will notice but the owner. After several conversations with the seller, we did decide to send one of the two back. The seller was very good in communication and very understanding. I was very skeptical to buy a guitar online & have it shipped. But they both arrived in perfect condition, well packed & boxed with form fitted foam & double boxed. Im no longer worried about shipping a guitar this way. If your on the fence about shipping a guitar, rest assured it will be well protected and pull the trigger. These are actually very well made guitars & worth the money. You wont find a better price on guitar with a licensed Floyd Rose Tremolo, and it is staying in tune. My Son is an advanced player & decided his was just not beneficial to him with a few minor imperfections his had. I was tempted at keeping his, but it made no sense in having 2 identical guitars. If your looking to to start playing guitar you cant go wrong with a Jackson Dinky, especially at this price. To top it off, this seller shipped these fast & in the best way possible without a hard case. They were also very understanding in the one being returned. I have been playing mine for a couple weeks now and really like it. Very happy overall with everything. You want to learn to play guitar at a low cost, this is the one for you.

Fue un “regalo” para mi hijo que afortunadamente sabe de guitarras. Era lo que quería y está satisfecho con la compra, pero no es nada más de afinarla de los tornillos y ya. Está muy bonita.

Tremendous value and so much like new I believe it was. It's an awesome guitar. Love it. I'm very picky. This guitar did require work, for me. This is the norm though. I almost always find something that... In this instance, it was mostly the action at the nut. The strings were too high. I removed the nut and sanded the bottom down with a bench top belt sander while checking periodically with a digital caliper until it was a more appropriate height. If you don't know what you're doing, find a capable tech to do this for you. This one thing drastically improves the playability near the nut, especially things like a full F chord, or a Bm. There was one fret that was a tiny tiny bit high. It didn't really affect anything but my OCD, so it got fixed. The frets were more level than most new guitars and only one to make it perfect is unusual. Aside from this, there was nothing else to do but put new strings on (9's like it came with). The tremolo springs were adjusted properly, even intonation was good right out of the box. The string height needed a minor tweaking most players wouldn't notice. Tiny truss rod adjustment, again, not something most would notice. Plays wonderful. With just a little work it plays like a guitar four times the cost after a setup. Oh, it also stays in tune with trem use. No need to add a gizmo: like a tremsetter or blocks.
