Gardens of the National Trust Postcard Box Cards – June 1, 2016

Fifty attractive postcards based on National Trust gardens in all their English glory.However, many of them (such as the cover photo) are based on extreme closeups and aren't quite sharp enough.I'll be using some of them in my Postcrossing hobby but discarding others, as insufficient in "Wow" factor.

I expected so much as these were National Trust postcards and was extremely disappointed. All of the images are either out of focus or gritty making the postcards unusable. Sunsets are pixelated and on others the colours are too saturated or washed out. Didn't even put them into the charity shop bag, they have gone straight into the bin and I would think twice about buying any of these type of postcards again.

Most of these are lovely views, and should be appreciated by the recipients. But as others have noted quite a few of the images could be that bit sharper, crisper. It's not clear if this is the photography or the printing process, but given the number of affected images I suspect the printing. Nevertheless god value for money.

An outstanding selection of garden photos. 50 different cards of amazing gardens all over England.Each card is so lovely and can also be purchased as a print for your wall. You can't find any finerphotos. It will be impossible for me to put one in the mail. I want to keep them all.
