For best results I found that if you drain old oil out, then put in new oil and filter, then add this into engine and let it run up to 15 minutes. The engine needs to be at operating temp, that's how its activates. After time is up drain and then replace oil and filter with new. I was amazed on the ability it cleaned the internals. This engine flush works awesome. If your engine actually has sludge in it i don't recommend this flush. It can cause problems like clogs in oil ports etc.

I have used this on two of my vehicles as per can directions. Boy does it quiet the idle down and make the engine run smoother. One of my cars is 160k miles and SUV is around 210k and this made a big difference. Do not hesitate to use this on older engines. Follow the directions as indicated and you will have beneficial results.

I use this for every oil change. My truck has 175,000 miles and my oil remains clear and clean after 8,000 miles between oil changes. Strongly recommend.
