Super gorgeous coffee machine. Works very well, you receive a stamper too. Great price for the quality. Great for beginners or those who want the coffee - However the milk frother is frothed but not for art.

Good machine
Very satisfied easy to use, the coffee pods really practical and easily recyclable I had before Tassimo coffee machine, I decided to buy this one first cause it's got the foam maker to make mi own cappuccino Second because the pods are much cheaper, tasty and easy to recycle then Tassimo pods

Almost perfect and great value
I have now had an opportunity to test out this nice compact machine. it looks nice in black and silver and doesn’t take up much space on the kitchen work surface. For the people who don’t like to read the whole review I’ll say here to save you reading further , I give this 4.5 stars. Using the larger portafilter with illy ground beans it works flawlessly. A nice ‘rats tail’ like stream of coffee slowly dribbles itself into the mug. Using the smaller portafilter with ESE 44mm coffee pods (as advised in the manual) it’s not quite such a smooth process, a mixture of ‘rats tails’ at first and then the coffee drips and plops into the mug but by the time my milk frother has made nice peaks of creamy milk, the mug has about 4oz of coffee in it. Ido not use the frothing wand, or faffing wand, as my wife calls them. They are hit and miss at best and they take a lot of cleaning and care to look after them. I use a stand alone milk frother. To use the Delonghi machine is very straight forward with just a few steps, especially if you do not use the wand. Turn it on, wait for the green light, twist in the portafilter, turn control knob to the right. easy! The cup warmer is a bonus and it does get quite hot. Using the cup warmer and heated frothed milk I find the temperature of a completed mug of coffee just right. Using cold milk it’s only just lukewarm. The machine is quite light so I put it in a rubber pad which helps when securing the portafilter. If using ESE pods with the machine worked as flawlessly as using ground coffee I would give 5 stars but it just looses out because of this. I will try using other brand pods just to see what happens. If there is an improvement I will update this review.

Great little purchase - reasonable price and no complaints
Excellent value for money and works well. You need to get used to knowing which heads to use for loose coffee grounds versus ESE pods but once you do it works very well. The heads are easy to change and can be kept in the little compartment next to the water reservoir. The water reservoir is easy to refill. The drip tray needs to be kept clean but is dishwasher proof if needed. The noise level is reasonable and not a major nuisance. The water drips through at a reasonable rate and creates a good coffee if used with good grounds or pods. I bought a set of four espresso cups which rounded off the purchase.

A nice, good quality, reasonable priced coffee maker
This is my first “proper” coffee machine. I’ve wanted one for a long time and finally bought this based on price and the positive reviews. I think it is a good machine for the money, makes a nice cup of coffee and looks good on the kitchen counter. I don’t have anything negative to say about it. The only thing I would say is that I don’t use it as often as I thought I would. On some days I enjoy the ritual of making a good cup of coffee but for speed of drinking that coffee I still use coffee bags which I find, having tried several but now found one I really enjoy, make a good cup of coffee.

Good deal but machine is faffy
It's cheap, and unfortunately the issues are many. Starting with.... Coffee temperature is a lukewarm 63 degrees, I get that it is so you do not "burn " the coffee, but, when you have to mess around with the milk frother, it becomes an issue. We used a temperature gauge, using the frother, the green light ON. The first hit with the frother took the milk to 33 degrees, and then, wait until the green light was on again, then, froth again. The temperature goes up in 17 degree increments. So after 4 uses of the frother, the coffee is now less than 50 degrees, and the milk at 80 degrees, you lose temperature as you are now pouring the hot milk onto cold coffee.. Unfortunately, this is definitely not acceptable, and, by the time you've made 2 cups of coffee, you've just wasted over 10 minutes of your life. Then, to empty the coffee grinds, you follow the instructions, and "tap tap", and the whole unit (portafilter) that you put the coffee into, falls out into the bin. EVERY TIME. The handle,(basket) that you turn to lock the coffee into the machine, you have to be a body builder to turn this as its so tight, you can barely lock it in position. The milk frother, you must NOT follow the user instructions at this point, if you do, you end up with milk inside the frother pipe, which if left is going to be very unhygienic. You really need to take the pipe off and wash it, then, clean the unit itself. Yes it's a good black Friday deal, BUT, it's not a good machine in so many ways, which is a shame as it does make a good, if lukewarm coffee.

Brilliant coffee machine, gives hot coffee and frothy milk. Very easy to use. Best machine I have bought, and I've had many. Well pleased.

Love it
Got this on Black Friday and it’s amazing. Has changed my morning coffee routine for the better. It’s a good size, doesn’t take up lots of space and brews a lovely coffee which tastes so much better! Fully converted from instant now. It’s quick to heat up and pours at a steady pace. It’s not overly loud either.

The first shipment I received was opened, so I asked for a replacement. I like the machine. My parents 20 year old machine broke and they wanted a replacement, and this one is very similar to their old one. I really like the removable tank. I also like how small it is. For whatever reason, the dimensions aren't written here, but my father was able to find them on the company website.

Sieb
