Simply Organic Nutritional Yeast, 1.32oz arrived on time, was perfectly packaged. The yeast flakes are fresh, blend have a slightly nutty flavor that is not overpowering and mixes well with a variety of foods.

Healthy

Very good for nutrition. Excellent in salads, scrambled eggs, tuna fish/chicken sandwiches. Very subtle flavor so you don’t even know it is there. Very good if you’re vegetarian

It's pretty good but a little salty for my taste.

My dietitian recommended nutritional yeast because I wasn't getting enough protein. I remembered it from my grad school vegetarian days. I also remembered hating the smell and disliking the taste. This seemed to be a compromise. A reasonable size and price to attempt using it. The brand has attractive packaging.
