This is the second MSM brand I’ve tried the first one was added with Vit C. I wanted to try this one and take my Vit C boosts separately and see if I could mellow out the bitter aspect of the taste this supplement will add to the flavor of anything you mix it in. With that said the texture and purity seem great, no smell, dissolving easily in liquids, no side effect whatsoever except for noticeable thickness and curliness of my hair kept and restored thru aging. I love the paper based bag and simple lining of the bag of this company . I blend this with cold brewed green tea and coconut water and other morning things like Moringa Leaf, Beet Powders, Mushroom powders, , matcha, forsen fruit sort of smoothie blends with Creatine and Collagen or pre work out Citruline and Arginine powders etc , Cacao and as long as you and enough other slightly flavored things to the mix , you will never effect the enjoyable taste of the blend you just made. But if you use a large scoop of this and relatively nothing with it, be prepared to knock it back as there is no way to hide the taste as bitter. But bitter tasting things are good for the body .. so yes will keep buying this brand and over small amount of time you will notice improvements in joints and hair and skin etc if your doing other things to maintain your health etc…. It gives a noticeable edge and boost to your cellular activity and progressively improving diet. Helps my shoulders stay supple and heal thru yoga and swimming and paddling a lot and still strength training etc

I would give 1,000,000 stars for what difference this has made to my quality of life! If you have neurological pain issues or pain in general this is worth every penny. I can't say enough. Told my girlfriend whose a surgeon and when she saw the research she is going to personally use, and refer her patients. 1 week i notice such a difference, spring in step, endless energy and feel like myself again but 20 years younger.Now after 6 weeks I will be a customer for life. Msm will make you feel great. Countless benefits to taking it. I do superdosing. Half a teaspoon a day to start, then increase the daily dose by half a teaspoon each day. Keep the same dose if the detox effect is too strong. Stop at around 20,000-30,000mg. Take each dose with 1000mg vitamin c. By the end you will feel like a million bucks.
