Rubber is safer and easier
Bought the wrong rubber sized bung and then changed my mins and went for the metal bung. The first thing that happened is under pressure the handle turned by itself and came undone spraying hot water everywhere. If you buy one of there keep an eye on it. Secondly it’s a pain to pick the filer bung out and replace it with this and the same for after you have finished the flush. Lastly … the little tablets you get for cleaning have no where to sit in this cup so again … not ideal

A useful tool for the homebarista
This item used regularly with your coffee machine helps to internally clean the system and the group head.Just fit it in place of your normal filter basket..run the pump for a few seconds.Job done.Good value too.Recommended.
