Foster Grantmens, Backstop Wrap Polarized Sunglasses, Black/Black, 150 mm

I wear these a lot, especially doing yard work. They sit close enough to the contour of your face that they provide some dust and chaff protection (though not sealing off your eyes altogether, like goggles would do). They protect my ancient eyes (I'm 77) from UV, pesky bits thrown by the riding mower, and when I'm erranding around Cape Cod, make me feel cooler than I am.

What’s not to love. They fit perfectly. Very comfortable and don’t fog up! I love them! Good price and just as good as the higher priced sunglasses.

I think at Foster Grant makes glasses and three categories good better or best. These rank in a good range.

I bought the first pair at CVS. The nose guard started deteriorating so I needed a new pair. I couldn’t find them in store so I was super happy to find them here. I will purchase again since the material on the nose guard doesn’t last long, but I really like them anyway.

These were too good a deal to expect much more -- you get three pairs of decent glasses, bags and wipes and cords for each for such a low price. But I found the frames to be to stiff plastic to be very comfortable.

The thin plastic frames are very fragile and will break with normal usage. I got maybe 90 days out of these and the pair before these broke in the same place! I did not drop them either.

There's little need to get into expensive sunglasses if you're accustomed to an active lifestyle. Sweat, dirt, camping, yard work, hiking, fishing, boating, etc. - if you enjoy an active lifestyle why risk damaging or losing expensive shades when these provide high quality at a low price point? I currently have 2 sets of these and look forward to buying more in case they go out of production. No need for any other sunglasses!

My wife's eyes have become increasingly sensitive to bright light (we live in the southwest, so guess what?! It is bright year round). I ordered these for myself because I knew as a photographer that the polarization would be good for reducing glare. My wife borrowed them because her sunglasses were too tight. I never got them back, so I am going to order another pair for myself.

Bought this pair of sunglasses a few times over, and they've always been great.Pro tip though: Don't by them on Amazon. Order never showed up, took months to get them to cancel and refund - it was a mess. Fortunately, I found them (for cheaper) at a local drug store; that's your best bet for picking up a pair of these.
