Very poorly reproduced, mediocre photographs.
Very poorly reproduced, often blurry, photographs. Contrast, tone and color off. Just look at the photos of Palazzo Gangi in Palermo, page 279 and 280, they are so unbelievably bad! Rizzoli used to be a good publisher but they have become very sloppy. It doesn't really matter because customer reviews show very few people care. It is also obvious the photographs themselves are mediocre at best. Even a good photographer makes bad photographs, but you need not include them in a book: look at the photo on page 260, Museo Gaetano Filangieri in Naples, a tourist with a third-rate smartphone could do better. Of course, some of the interiors depicted are themselves of great intrest and charm, starting with Carlo Mollino's well known apartment on the cover, that is why I hesitated between one and two stars, but since the book is on its way to the paper recycling bin, I opted for one.

LINDISIMAS FOTOS
Me imaginaba algo más general pero me encantaron las fotos, de pronto hay unos estilos muy locos y no es suficiente info.
