The shoes fit great and they are light. The design on the bottom of the shoe makes it easy to slide and pivot during my dance classes. Most importantly my feet are supported during the side-to-side aerobic motions. Very fashionable shoe and I get so many compliments from my FitFam. I wear them in my Zumba, Cardio Jam, and Kickboxing classes.
