I had an email from Jessica which said we have put two complete new lamps in the post and please keep the original two ! How good is that ? The lamps are great and the customer service is even better. Im a very impressed and happy customer. I have no connection to this company just an honest review and credit to them.

**Q: How long do these last with each set of AAA batteries?**
A: Guessing it depends on batteries using I went camping used for 4 days still OK great product defo recommend

**Q: how do you adjust for a dimmer light**
A: There is no dimmer as such, you simply push the light down & back into the case bit by bit. This reduces the range & intensity of the light.

**Q: What is the Lumen on theses lamps**
A: It is 300~400 lumens when it is fully extended with new batteries.

**Q: Are these safe for indoor use?**
A: Yes they are safe to use indoors ! I bought them for that purpose more safer than candles if electric goes !

I purchase two of these lamps and they arrived next day. Great little lamps and are very very bright. Excellent quality and even come with Duracell batteries. Unfortunately one lamp had a problem with the hanging hook, which I wouldn't really have botheredd with considering the price, However, There is a warranty card in the box that states " Disappointed ? we'll make it right" I sent an email with a photo of the hook asking if they could send me another hook or baseplate.
