Very low quality and with uni year display damaged

The remote stopped charging and stopped working

The product is great, however i received the tv and the screen did has this elastic new screen cover and it appeared to have dust around Which means it was out of the box before it was sent to me Edit after a year: the screen now has a black line appearing out of no where and ofc its out of warranty.

At the first use I could see that The TV panel was broken . No offer to exchange . How do you give back a TV without the box ?
