Our products are EPA reviewed for safety and effectiveness, and with that comes EPA required instructions and use restrictions on our package. Q: Does this work on flies?

We have heard from our customers that Thermacell is effective against other flying insects including black flies and some other nuisance flies. We have not yet tested on insects other than mosquitos. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee – so you can always give it a try and if you’re not happy with the results – contact us.

Q: how long does the light last with the batteries?

You can choose to use it with the light or turn the light off. It's separate from the repellant. If you run it all day it lasts for a few days.
