this was my second purchase of product. I was very pleased with the first bag, which was fine grind pink salt and held up well over time without caking, even sitting in a salt bowl next to my stove. However, this second bag is more powdery and cakes easily. I'm not sure that I will purchase it again.

I like this salt.. it is a very fine grained salt which is great for use in many dishes, the taste is lighter than I expected. I personally like to place a little bowl of salt above my stove so that when I cook I can just grab a pinch, however in humid temperatures it does get clumpy.. not a big problem in a bowl, maybe not for a shaker? Maybe because it doesn't have any additives. I will see if this same seller has a larger grained Himalayan Pink Salt to order. Lightning fast shipping as usual!

As long as you understand this is shaker salt and not for a grinder, this brand seems very good. I thought I was buying something to be pretty in a clear grinder and had to buy a replacement. It avoids the harsh "bite" of the usual iodized salt and will look attractive in a clear glass shaker.

We love our pink Himalayan salt. It is so mild, plus the benefits of the natural minerals.I keep my Emile Henry salt pig filled with this at all times!
