I bought this on a whim to try and make bath bombs, and the kit is really fun since it comes with a bunch of molds and the decorative herbs.Cons: There are no instructions for making bath bombs or for using the shrink wraps, you have to find recipes and instructions elsewhere. You don't actually need multiple molds unless you have several people making them at once, because you would make one bomb and unmold it to dry (they don't stay in the molds for any length of time).Pros: The molds actually work and are easy (with a found recipe, I had no issue making the bath bombs or unmolding them), the decorative florals and herbs are a nice addition to get creative with, the shrink wraps are useful if you want to preserve them it just takes a bit of cunning improvisation to figure them out.If you want to play around and have fun, then absolutely get this kit. If you're looking for something more affordable just to try it and you don't need the herbs, you may be better off just purchasing a single mold.

I love the variety of flowers, they have different scents, colors, and sizes. I like the size of the bath bomb molds.

I bought this kit to make bath bombs as Christmas gifts. They turned out really cute and I love the dried flowers that came with the kit. I had a little bit of a hard time getting them out of the molds so I tapped them with a butter knife, but they dent pretty easily so I had to wrap them with a towel before tapping them. Easy to use, clean, and store. Thank you so much!

First let me say I am no novice when it comes to making bath bombs, however I have never used metal molds. I have always used silicone molds. Since I was making orange bath bombs I wanted them to be round and circular like oranges, I packed the molds and pressed them together. Previous reviews say to immediately release from the molds. This is where it went downhill for me, when I tried to release them the just fell apart, so I pressed them again overnight thinking perhaps they needed a lil more time to set. In the morning I couldn't get the molds to budge it was as if they were glued. Eventually I got them off and they did stay together but for the hassle I'd rather save myself frustration and just use the silicone molds.
