I really like this device, yes it's a bit cheap old school with its bulky plastic square shape, rubber clicky buttons and a display with bad cheesy green title device description at the top! The positives are it's very easy to use, and I think it is working to reduce my blood sugar levels, but it's hard to tell to be sure. The battery is excellent as it lasts a good few uses before needing to be recharged. I have tried the nose light a few times and it seems to help with the sinus pain, however, it's a bit uncomfortable to wear as it's hard plastic and I am not sure if it's good to be shining red light directly into the back side of your eyeballs!As a wrist device, it is great and I will continue to use it a few times a day.

I’m unsure about this product, it’s put together reasonably well and hooks up as you would expect, however, After wearing it for a number of weeks I felt no benefit whatsoeverThe price sounds high with regard to it’s possible inefficiency

I bought this on 24th of June 2024 and have been using for 4 days now in conjuction with a near infrared lamp. My blood pressure is usually in the 160s in the morning. After 4 days of use morning and evening around 30 mins my waking blood pressure has been around 145/90 which isn't bad as usually around 166/90I have also found that when doing 9 am and 6pm readings My blood pressure has been between 129-135/80 which is definitely an improvement. I will come.back and post more updates in a couple of weeks.I'm not surenif it's the effect of the wrist laser alone or the combination of the laser and infrared lamp but Will continue the 2.My blood pressure was not going down despite the GP prescribing higher and higher doses (from 4mg to 16 mg), then came all the side effects which made it impossible to continue at the high doses. I bought this wrist laser with a hope of it helping to lower my blood pressure and eventually allow me to stop taking medication. I am currently taking 4mg and doing laser and infrared twice a day
