I have combination skin type - so depending on day and section of the face, it can be oily or dry. I was looking for something to help the dryness on my face with the cold season coming in.I heard hyaluronic acid was a great catalyst in helping your skin absorb and retain more moisture.I highly recommend putting this product onto damp skin (right after you wash). It makes my skin feel so smooth (and that's also how it locks in the moisture that was sitting on top of your skin that point). It's light and it helped me manage any dry spots.My routine:1. Moisturizer5. Eye cream, as neededThe packaging is also very cute and professional feeling. The lid is a bit trick at first, but once you peel off the plastic, the tin wrapping also comes off. Then you replace the lid with the plastic stopper and drop droplets onto your hand.

It certainly works very well, but it’s just complete unnecessary with the box and the two tools. It’s exactly like a serum that could easily come in a glass bottle with pump, would have been much easier to use. With these tiny 5 ml bottles, it might be good for travels, but it’s not easy to open, and I completely give up using those mouths. Just pour on my hand would do. The serum quality is very good. It keeps my face feel truly moisturized and healthy throughout the day. Just wish it comes with an easy bottle with pump

I am a big fan of Korean beauty products, and I have used many - practically many - Korean skincare product. What I really like about them, they are very open for the ingredient list and generally much cleaner than European / American brands. DM.Cell is not a very familiar brand, and I really love the vial design, since I wanted to use it for the derma roller serum. So here is what I think.Ingredients:For the derma roller / stamping related products, the ingredients are very important. Since we make micro-scars on the skin to enhance the penetration of the serum, if the serum has inappropriate ingredients, it will be absorbed to skin without much control. DM Cell made this very clean, with lots of extracts, low molecular sized hyaluronic acids (sodium hyaluronate), niacinamide, panthenol and some expensive peptides such as SH-oligopeptide 1 and cooppertripeptides (not so high concentration though.) chlorphenesin is used as preservative, which is relatively safe (and frequently used in pharmaceutical grade products) so in terms of ingredients, it's pretty well made.Texture:It has pretty light texture and it's almost watery. It's actually good if you try to use this as derma rolling serum, yet it absorbs really quick so you will need multiple application. Then again, the whole point of doing derma-roller / stamp is to enhance skin penetration (and induce healing) so I don't think texture matters so much. I wish it could stay on the skin a little longer for the gliding roller, though.Effectiveness:Derma roller itself is a relatively effective home treatment and I believe this serum enhances the effectiveness. After I use this serum with Derma Pen, I feel my skin got brightened, glowing and firmer. I can't say this is 100% from this serum but it does make skin look better than other serums that I have used previously.Interesting factMany times, Korean products are much more expensive in the States due to the mark-ups and we don't get the same discount as Koreans do in Korea. I searched Korean web (yes, I can read Korean) and this product is actually cheaper in Amazon. I don't know how, but definitely it's something surprising.Buy this if you need: a derma pen/roller/stamp serum to enhance healing and hydrationDon't if you are looking for: gliding solution. This serum get absorbed really quick, so it won't help if you are looking for the gliding serum for your skincare devices.

I love trying new brands from South Korea whenever possible because I am a skincare junkie. However, to be honest, I didn't have high expectations of this one considering the price. But after going through over ⅔, I must say it exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price.I incorporated this serum into my skincare routine, using it with a very light micro-needling session at home. I applied two toners before using the serum: a clarifying toner to remove any residue after cleansing and a first essence toner to prep my skin. Then, I followed it with a light moisturizer after this serum. I noticed that my skin appeared more dewy and plumped after using this hyaluronic serum consistently, which was surprising because I have been using hyaluronic serums for a while.I'm not entirely sure if it's because of the micro-needling (which I don't usually do), but it has definitely been effective for my skin. For reference, I have an oily combination skin type that can become sensitive depending on my menstrual cycle. I avoided micro-needling during the sensitive phases of my skin.Considering the price, I think this serum is absolutely great in terms of overall quality versus price, not to mention the generous quantity you get. If I want a good and effective hyaluronic serum without spending too much money, I will definitely consider buying this product!
