Best grill ever!. High quality with horrible assembly instructions. Don't believe what you tube bloggers say about a 2 hour assembly time. This is an all day project! Instructions to assemble are 1) Poorly illustrated, 2) The screw bags may or may not ne marked, and may or may not be in the correct sequence, and may lead you to use the wrong screws at the wrong time. Hard to believe a quality heavy duty grill like this as such poor assembly instructions and planning. I'm a professional mechanic and assembly should have been straightforward. If you are not mechanically inclined, only buy this grill pre-assembled. Also, the mechanical fuel gauge is crap like all other grills. When will these manufacturers come up with a digital weigh scale fuel gauge system? At this price level, it should already have one.

Cooking for the last 15 yrs on a Char-Broil commercial series and it was serviceable and got the job done. New deck= new grill and wanted to step up. And wow did I! Weber heats up fast and much more efficiently cooks. Burners have a blue jet sounding flame- again very efficient heating. Using less propane as a result. And the heating is very even from front to back and side to side. Makes cooking more hassle free and consistent. Plenty of room for the veggies potatoes and meat cooking at the same time. Love the slide out grease tray- no more removing grates and diffusers to scoop out greasy burned residue. Side cabinet great for storing accessories. Is it worth the extra 1000 bucks over box store grills? So far I would say yes for the reasons mentioned. Not knocking other brands. But this baby is a beauty.

Love the easy to use flame control buttons and igniter. The sear station is awesome. Anything you put on it comes out perfect every time. Cooks very evenly.The all stainless grates are sturdy and half it can be replaced with other optional cooking accessories. The fold out upper rack is huge and the best I have seen on any grille so far. I have not used the extra side burner yet but having it is a good bonus. Grease drip pan is well designed and can be removed easily for cleaning. The gas tank stures neatly inside the lower cabinet. There is an extra side compartment for tools, trays or other things you might need. Well done Weber and for an affordable price given the size and features of this grille.Did I say that it also looks amazing!!!

Stay away unless you like to figure things out on your own. Example: step 8... Where is the piece required? Oh, it's not here. But wait! Rather than update the instructions on the revised pieces and how that step is no longer required, they throw in a separate piece of paper hidden with all the other useless paperwork. I will never buy from this company again.

Assembly is a nightmare. I'm an engineer and a pretty good mechanic. If this is difficult for me, someone not mechanically inclined will have a rough go. While the packaging is nicely labeled, none of the parts are. I'm only 1/3 way through and already had to break out the tap set to re thread one of their inserts. There's also a part change that's only addressed in a supplement, and if course no location or identification info is provided for these new parts and fasteners. I've had Weber grills for 40 years, and it appears that at least the assembly process has gotten considerably worse in the last 13 years..Updated...finished assembling, almost 3 hours. Gave em another couple stars for having all necessary parts and no damage other than that insert that needed the tap. Make sure you don't lose any fasteners, they didn't give you extras of anything.Product is nice quality, it's packaged exceptionally well, but clarity of instructions and cost savings achieved by not providing any extra hardware on a $1500 BBQ is ridiculous. If you have an option for buying assembled, a truck to haul the assembly, and a friend with a strong back to help you move it around, that's the way to go.

We've used the grill a few times and it's exactly what we expected. The space is very nice, especially when cooking for a large group!
