It is a book about how detect a bully in every field and what to do to overcome his negative behavior not only because what he did but what his not said . I am didgusted by this book. It is extremally biased. The author clearly hates white men and the book should be removed from Amazon as it is a pure hate speach.

The books main focus is a work place bullying. Not as broad ranged as I would have hoped for.
