Great tool, but use tennis balls or softer.
This swing trainer is great for teaching kids a proper swing. Once I got it my sons swing instantly improved. It taught him to keep the bat head back, lead with his hands inside and gave him more consistently repeatable mechanics. We use this before every batting practice and tee session. He loves it.
