Nice and useful product
Initially I was tensed after checking the reviews but since product usage attracted me so much, I went ahead and ordered...let me tell you it's a great product. It's a one time process which I got to know from customer support team. For everybody's ease, I am mentioning the process so you don't face challenges:So I wanted to connect 2 wireless headphones so process is:-first you need to plug the USB and Aux cable in your television in respective ports.- whichever devices is available nearby and in pairing mode (could be neckband, headphone, speaker) will get connected with this device.- you can enjoy if you are alone.-Now if you want to pair another device then you just need to repeat the above process .-turn off the TV unplug the device this time you will also have to turn your previously connected gadget (neckband/headphone/speaker)-Now again turn on the device and make your second device Bluetooth discoverable and on pairing modeNow gadget no2 gets connected to device and now you turn on the BT of first device which you paired previously- first device will now paired automatically and now enjoy your show on both device without having noice around!Any time you need to change the device, repeat the process. I am using now this since a week now and its working seamlessly for me.

Alright! This is a honest review. I received this product this morning (24-05-2022). Based on the instruction leaflet in the box also with the help of InstaPlay customer support rep. First device I received was defective where in I was unable to hear the sound on both the devices. For reference I have Sony XM3 1000 and Sennheiser X120T. I used the source device HP Envy 360 notebook and LG OLED 55 Inches. Requested for a replacement. Received the product the same day i.e 24-05-2022. Re tested and this time both devices were giving the put put however, on my X120T the sound quality was pathetic. Crackling or static noise. On my Xm3 I could hear only on right ear piece. This time I have requested for return and refund. Overall the idea is good about the product but the product quality is not up to the mark. Hence need more improvement. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone. Hope the review helps. Cheers!

Poor Quality
Sound is turning ON Off. Not properly working. Multiple Connect sound is stuck.

Works well
I don’t have much tech knowledge but I was able to install this after reading instructions. I used this device to connect two mini soundbar speakers I have. Now my room turned into a surround sound home theatre. I am putting one in front and other in back. Enjoying 😊

Some ringing noise in background
Sound is really lowThere is some ringing disturbing noise in the background which makes it worseThe aux cable is long but usb is short and both is attached to same place. I don't see the point

Great product and usage. This is turning out to be a great product for me. Highly recommended go for it!!!!

Good Little Gadget
This does exactly what I wanted it to do. We were missing to enjoy late night movies because our kid couldn’t sleep properly because of noise. We came across this product which we installed easily by learning from product manual. I use bose Headphones while my wife has Sony. Oh cant tell it’s a cinematic experience for us! Kudos to the brand and highly recommended.
