Read the directions and follow them. The directions are simple to follow and help give a better fit. Don't use without molding them or they will be uncomfortable and likely cause discomfort. I have been using these for years since radiation damage during treatment of head and neck cancer. I only clench my teeth I do not grind them. It is important to mold this guard! When molding I use my thumbs to mold it to my back teeth. These are reusable for about 1 month each before they breakdown, then are discarded in the trash. I purchase the thick guards as the thin didn't last as long. When molded they suppress headaches, tooth pain, jaw pain and cracking of teeth. I have used other products that are more expensive, but these have been just as effective and are of comparable quality. I will continue to buy these annually. I reccomend purchasing this product.

El producto o la guarda es EXCELENTE . Lo recomiendo totalmente como guarda sobre todo para dormir , el material es suave, tiene orificios en el centro que te permiten respirar con la boca abierta y si necesitas la guarda para evitar rechinar los dientes , frotarlos y que te danes los oidos por este motivo o si padeces vertigo, la guarda te va a ayudar a evitar esto... al principio te queda la boca abierta pero asi se puede dormir perfectamente, no se debe morder la guarda, solo se debe ajustar al paladar y asi mantener un poco abierta la boca. de esta manera , puedes respirar y evitar frotar los dientes al sonar o dormir etc... COMPRO otro paquete porque me interesa usarla para el deporte... me encanto la guarda y mas economica que ir con un dentista para una guarda bucal...pero lo mas importante para mi no es el dinero sino la funcion que cumple. le doy 5 estrellas porque es EXCELENTE PRODUCTO....

No es para dormir y además es peligroso confiar en ello. Si eres un boxeador y te lo quieres poner estando activo y despierto bien esta, pero esto no queda fijo para que puedas irte a dormir con ello puesto. Me lo quito con la lengua en cero coma. Probé 5, todos bailan, pues nada el paquete entero a la basura.

Firstly, at night I am a grinder and I bite my tongue and inner cheeks, eww and ow! I have even cracked teeth. I spend an absolute bomb on Dental Splints every now and then but, since my last visit, having lost some upper teeth I was recommended to purchase a lower splint that costs, guess what? even more &#$! dollars! So, I won't say I bit the bullet but I did decide to search online for possible alternatives with the off chance of finding something that could do the same job for a heck of a lot less money. Yes, you know I did, this was my first foray into the world of discovery that dental solutions can actually be found on line. I certainly researched them, read reviews and made comparisons, they sounded too good to be true! And you know what that usually means? I live in Australia and this particular item is from the US, in fact none of these products are available in Aus. Delivery was very good considering, but of course I order through Amazon and delivery is always amazing. I ruined the first guard through over heating and I know the brand states that if this occurs to let them know and a replacement will be sent but, I didn't bother for obvious reasons, Australia! Next try I had success and that is some weeks ago, with a comfortable feel and being a gel like consistency there is no feeling of an intrusive feel and although it is mentioned to trim any excess with scissors , I did not require to do this. These guards are comfortable for me with absolutely no noticeable taste and I will say they are a very high quality product that lasts a decent amount of time. I may try the next guard for the lower teeth, understanding that the directions state for upper teeth only, I cannot see why they would not be as suitable for this option due to the mouldability of them and being in the lower position they would not drop or move as much as they do from the upper teeth. There are 12 in the pack and experimentation is calling me! I would recommend this product because they work, they are affordable, there is no unpleasant taste and though they are a bit tricky to mould precisely to fit snugly without movement, maybe further attention to pressing more firmly around the gum line could resolve this. As of yet, I have not discovered perfection but I'm pretty happy that I won't need to spend hundreds of $ at the dentist again. Thanks HONEYBULL for this most helpful product. UPDATE OF HONEYBULL MOUTH GUARDS. It has been quite a long while now since my review and I have decided to up my score to 5 stars! YES! I did try this product on the lower teeth and was very careful in making sure that I moulded precisely along the lower jaw so as to ensure the product fitted closely to the lower teeth and gum areas. And, It actually worked, dare I say, better than the upper teeth recommendation! I found that although the Mouth Guard Did spread more it was better fitting and did not flop around. It was even more comfortable than on the upper teeth due to the fact I did not have any unevenness, hence no pressure points that I experienced my first go. Even though I have been using this 1 mouth guard on my lower teeth for over 4 months now and yes it is splitting and wearing, I am not having any issue with it as the spreading that occurs on the bottom, covers more area and there is no contact with my teeth, cheeks or tongue. I would recommend this product for the quality, the generous 12 pack quantity for trial and error and the price. I am a fan and will remain so, HONEYBULL have helped me save hundreds of dollars and I am grateful. FYI! I DO put my mouth guard in a glass of water every morning after use and clean just before bed and I have not had any issue of brittleness or drying out because I treat them like I suppose you would a denture, if you had one and I do not. Just saying!
