If you’re looking for a light-hearted read, then this book is for you.
Mr Wrong Number is an endearing Enemies to Lovers with forced proximity story. The plot follows Olivia who after a breakup and unintentional fire moves back to her hometown and moves in with her brother and his best friend.Olivia is a fun and somewhat chaotic protagonist I really adored her, and she is probably one of the most relatable characters I have ever read. Her voice is engaging and consistent throughout.Colin, Olivia’s complete opposite, really did grow on me throughout the story. Reading his perspective really assisted as his shyness and loyalty to his best friend could be perceived differently.Read if you enjoy:Enemies to LoversForced ProximityBrother’s Best FriendDual POV

I needed more at the end
3.5I had a real love hate relationship with this book! Olivia annoyed the .. out of me to start with, but I think that’s just down to me not being a fan of those ‘ditzy/clumsy’ type girls, but she definitely grew on me when she didn’t seem to be all about that. I loved her relationship with her brothers, it was like a ‘you annoy me/But I’ll always have your back’ relationship. Her mum was awful, especially in the last chapter, like why would you put your own child down that much. I loved Olivia and Colin together they were cute but colin just seemed bland, like it felt like we didn’t get much out of him, you could definitely tell his feelings for her. The ending really annoyed me, like everything that happened was literally resolved in like 3 pages and then the book ended 🫠 the miscommunication was drawn out for like 90% of the book to be dealt with in 2%. Just needed a little more after, how her family acted when she wasn’t ‘lying’, did she move in? stay at hers? It just felt unfinished for me

love it!
The story focused on two people realising the person who’s been in front of you for years whilst having annoyed you like crazy was also the love of your life!Really light hearted story about Liv finally getting the chance she needed in her work life and someone to realise her crazy wasn’t crazy but passionate.

so good
This book honestly, I can’t think of what to say right now without spoilers, but this is definitely one of the best books I’ve read this year. I read The Love Wager first (oops) which I now kind of regret because this was so good. But honestly the order doesn’t even matter, I would 100% recommended both books. The characters were great, and like the plot was very focused on the romance but OMG it was so good. I love the anonymous messaging trope and this book was so fun.

fun, laugh-out-loud read that i couldn't put down
I absolutely LOVED this! This was a quick, funny a cute rom com which really hit the spot for me.Olivia is a walking disaster. After she loses her job, her boyfriend and her apartment in quick succession, she goes to stop with her brother back in her hometown while she tries to sort out her life.Little did she know that Colin, her brothers best friend and the guy who has always been throwing gigs and sly critasisms her way since they were kids, is also living there. Luckily, a mistaken text from and unknown number provides a light bit of entertainment and a place from her mess of her life. She knows that she'll never meet her Mr. Wrong Number, but it's still great to speak to someone who doesn't actually know her in real life.Colin is a very buisness minded guy, who likes to have a place for everything and everything in it's place. So having his best friends chaotic whirlwind of a sister living in his apartment is not ideal. But he's got something to take his mind away from his best friends little sister, the mysterious Miss Misdial. He didn't mean to message this person, but he can't help the draw he feels towards them, and the ease he feels in every exchanged text....But what happens when he realises his Misdial and his best mates little sister are one and the same? This story had some tropes that I absolutely love:Sunshine -grumpy dynamicBest-friends little sisterFrenemies (can't really call them enemies, but friends is definitely not what they are.) To loversI adored the banter in this book, how Colin learnt to really look at and began to understand Olivia as well as the way their relationship progressed and developed. Unfortunately, I feel that Olivia didn't take the time or open herself up much to see beneath the surface of Colin, and that was a bit of a shame. However, this was still an incredibly fun, laugh-out-loud read that I could not put down!

Amazing!!
I loved this book so much! It was witty and funny. The characters were great. The storyline was very predictable but the writing made up for it so it’s still 5 stars for me!

I LOVED this one
I LOVED this one. My romantic heart was so happy with it. Perfect for this month of February!Olivia Marshall has a reputation. She finds herself in weird situations like the last one that has ended her up without a home. She was burning the love letters from her ex-boyfriend when her apartment went up in smoke. Not having a place to live, she moves into her brother's condo. Her brother shares a room with his best friend Colin Beck, Olivia's nemesis. Olivia had a HUGE crush on Colin since she first met him as a teenager but after a while, it turned into hate. In her mind, he has nothing but behaved as douche to her over the years. Yes, he is still sexy or maybe even better looking now but who is looking at his abs? To her shock, she starts noticing nice things about him when he is not teasing her any longer. But Olivia is in a conundrum. She is starting to like Colin as a person but she has created this friendship over text with a stranger, Mr. Wrong Number. Their textship begins when he sends her a text meant for someone else. Over the next few weeks, they are happy to interact this way. Olivia starts relying on Mr. Wrong Number while they bounced back ideas about life and plans for the future.Who would Olivia pick? Colin or Mr. Wrong Number???Did I crush on Colin?Absolutely!!In truth, I loved both characters. Oliva's "luck" was cringe-worthy and I felt sorry for her. I also was laughing while reading Mr. Wrong Number many many times. I thought it was delightful! I read the book in one sitting and the pages just flew away.I also recommend not reading the blurb which in my opinion gives way too much information. I didn't read it, so I was extra happy.

Brothers best friend
