I bought this for occasional knee pain. It heats up in 20-25 seconds wrapped in a moist paper towel. It wraps around my knee and soothes my knee pain. It works really well.

My husband used this a lot after having knee surgery. It’s esdily reusable and wraps nicely around the knee ( we used it over a thin washcloth to avoid the injury from getting too cold).

I was attracted to this by its price and it looked identical to others at a lower price. When I received it, I noticed that there were hardly and cooling beads inside the item. Does it work? Yes, you primarily getting the cooling effect more from the plastic than the cooling beads.

I like this! But I wish it would stay cold longer and it slips off but maybe I should have got a different size

Some ice packs are huge and take up a lit of space in the freezer. These are small and do not. The design focuses the cold where you need it without overkill. The elastic strap holds the pack in place reducing the effort required to apply the therapy to the designated spot. The color changes from white to blue as the cooling agent warms up letting you know the effort has come to a useful end.

This item is way too small and doesn't have enough gel balls in it for a knee. Very cheaply made.

I have a lot of inflammation in my knee and as a Chiropractic patient it was recommended to me that I use ice/cold therapy to help the healing process. This knee ice pack has helped tremendously with my sore and aching knee. I really like how even after being in the freezer for hours, the gel pack is very pliable and molds to my knee so that my knee receives immediate pain relief. It straps on to my knee and stays in place nicely. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from and needs relief from knee pain!

I rebought this same knee gel pad because I stepped on the last one and all the gel came out. My bad - I just reordered what I already had ordered previously, received the box - and it was totally empty! So I was sent an empty box! I called Amazon customer service and they promptly resent out another one - and it did come this time, but is way smaller than my previous one. A smaller pad for the same price. It looks like a small kid's gel pad. Boo! Hiss! I'll have to find a different brand next time.
