This is a great hand rail
We would of liked some hints and tips on how to get it up. But we accomplished it. If you mange to screw into one stud,it seems to line up so all the flanges hit a stud. At least it did for us.We also would of liked it to be a bit more robust. It is very slim. But we were used to the 1991 handrail put in the stair well when the house was built. I'm sure in a couple months this will feel fine.Beautiful paint job. We do really like it. And it shipped quickly. Very well packaged.

Metal Handrail!
Works perfect for the stairway going into our basement. It come in sections that you connect ....it made it more difficult to install since they the holes are difficult to put the screws in with a drill. Got it up and it looks nice but screwing into a wooden panel with a screwdriver was a challenge for me!
