I had one about 3 years old. Time to get a new one and I got this one. It works great and very easy to pour water and refill. And it does blink green for a goof filter!

Not easy to find this type of pitcher anymore, Brita has replaced it with different models. I like this version because it actually covers up the filter you put in it. Some of the other Brita pitchers now let the filter stick out, so if you put in a Long-Last filter that's blue color, now you have a blue filter and a white pitcher. This one doesn't let that happen, it has a streamlined look when it's sitting on your counter. I also like that it has a cover for the pour spout. As I said I leave my pitcher on the counter and it does have some dust get on it. The cover for the pour spout doesn't let it get inside your filtered water. I haven't had any trouble with the pour spout getting stuck like other users complained about. Very happy with the pitcher.

This pitcher is a piece of cake to use right out of the box. Wash by hand, flush filter under running water for 15 secs, install it, fill it, use first 3 fills to water plants, and you’re good to go. Really easy to fill! Filters quickly. Water is tasty. All that being said, the top of the pitcher is loose and will come off very easily…almost too easily. Additionally, I’m not sure if it’s supposed to do this or it’s a design flaw, but the handle of the pitcher detaches itself as soon as you take the top off. My fear is that I’m going to pick the pitcher up out of the refrigerator, and the handle is just going to come off in my hand and dump water all over my fridge and/or the floor!

Love everything about this pitcher. The one handed pop up filling hole is so handy. Also, the water pours out faster than the old version. Large capacity too!

I love Brita water pitchers and have used them for years. This new one is AWESOME! The color id nice and the redesign is cool.

First time using it and it got some crack on it when im trying to set up it. Not durable. The old model was more durable, we used it for 3 yrs. Not worth the money.

For drinking my daily 8 cups of water daily. I'm not Impressed, especially after buying most expensive top of the line model. I feel that it's just a normal very expensive plain water jug.
