Heel Cushion Insole 3 Pairs, Back Heel Pads for High Heels Blisters

These solve the problem of the back of my shoe rubbing up against my foot. Problem instantly gone. So why not a 5 star rating? Because they also created a new problem. Because they're relatively thick, my foot was pushed forward enough that now the width of the toe-box of my shoes feels too narrow. Instead of having skin torn off in the back of my foot I now have blisters on the sides of my feet. Oh well. Still a good product, would just recommend inserting them into a shoe size larger than normal if you have wide feet.Of note, the insoles shifted on some of my shoes so that the glue wore off or the cushion somehow stuck together rather than staying on the shoe. This was after 6 months of use. Eh, I didn't expect these to last forever I suppose so just be prepared to possible have to replace them after some time. I do wish they were just a little bit cheaper given that fact.

The whole piece did not fit in my cleats well. I had to cut it in half for the cushion to fit right. The adhesion is not very strong. When I put my foot in the cushion came off. I used crazy glue and they stay in place now. Overall, the product works. I needed to adjust it to fit my needs in my cleats. No more blisters!

I really wanted to love these, but they did not work for me - not in any pair of shoes. In my ballet flats they put my foot too high and it slipped worse In my shoes with higher heels somehow they pushed my foot forward and the slippery material made my foot slip more. They didn't work in tennis shoes either. I will keep trying! I have to say the padding is quite comfortable on both the bottom of the foot and the heel.~~UPDATE~~: After reading my initial review, the vendor contacted me to see if there was anything they could do to help. They were prompt and courteous, and offered a refund. I was impressed with their commitment to happy customers, and because of this I will consider buying products from them again.

Since I gained a couple of pounds, I can't wear flat shoes anymore because they make my ankles hurt. These are amazing, as they add an extra layer of cushion for my soles and ankles, with a soft blend between silicone and cloth in the front. It has a very important thin padding in the back, which makes for no bruises while I'm walking for those with really pretty, but brutal shoes.Beware though, they make any shoe feel smaller. So if your shoe is already super tight, these might be the item that crosses the line to feet suffocation. Also, if you sweat a TON (as I do) the sticky part at the back detaches a bit after 2-3 months use. Not an issue though as it's connected to the part you're stepping on. So if you put it on right, it shouldn't move at all while your foot is in the shoe.

Bought these for my slip ons that I purchased. They work very well in the aspect that I no longer have blisters from the shoes rubbing my ankle BUT my only complaint is that the adhesives does not stick very well. The portion that sticks to the heel of the shoe is lose but the part where it sticks tot the sole of the shoe is still adhered. Not a big deal but that is why i deducted a star. The bonus is that you get three sets so I have backup if needed.

These inserts have turned my barely wearable shoes into my favorite shoes. They used to leave my heels bleeding by the end of the day but now they are far more comfortable and I wear them almost everyday. The only issue I have is that the inserts aren't very low-profile so my shoes fit more snug than they otherwise would. They work well but may not be suitable for every shoe, especially those that are already a bit small.

Just what I was looking for. And at a decent price. I had some sketchers that had a really hard part right on my achilles tendon. I used a combination of these and some other heel bumpers and now I can wear them again! (I put the other heel bumper in first, kind of low into the shoe. Then I put these on top and it made it so that my whole foot sits further forward in the shoe and therefore, my achilles tendon isn't pushed against the back of the shoe.) These were fairly easy to put into my shoe and they seem to be holding just fine. (I've only worn the shoes once though since then.) I'm really happy with them so far!

This product worked great for me. I bought a pair of boots that were too big in the heel but fit great otherwise. Put these in and I was able to wear the boots. They were a little tricky putting in boots. I found it easier to start by putting bottom down and then removing rest of sticky adhesive once that was in place. Worked for me and also made the boots comfortable. Would purchase again.

I bought these for my wedding shoes as kept slipping. Unfortunately the were a shiny, non grip finish and more slippy than the shoes and didn't solve the problem. However they have great customer service and no quibble returns policy.

These are great heel grips! I am now wearing a pair of loafers that previously skinned my heels within minutes of wearing. Very comfortable, especially around the back of the heel. 3 pairs in the pack; I'm hoping these will last quite a while....

These stick really well to my shoes but the surface is so smooth that my feet have nothing to grip to within the shoe and my shoes consequently slip off my heels. Not fit for purpose I’m afraid.
