BABEYOND20's Vintage Peacock Sequin Fringed Party Flapper Dress

Bought this for a 1920s Haunted Speakeasy and I loved it. It was a little longer than most, even tho the underskirt hits just above the knees (I’m 5’5”), the fringe came down to shins. Made it a bit difficult to not tuck the fringe in to your tights and undergarments if you need to go to the bathroom, but it all works out. Also a little chafing of underarms rubbing against the sequins. But I think that’s expected if you’re buying this type of dress.I bought a large. I’m about 185lbs, but it’s carried a bit in my belly. Right now I’m a 34” waist, 41” at butt/hips so I had to buy for that and just wore a bra with a bit of padding although the top wasn’t too large on me. Worked out great for the night!

I picked this dress to stand out and boy did it not disappoint! I looked at previous reviews and decided to buy the 4x! It arrived on time and completely gorgeous! I got compliments all night! I probably could have gotten away with a 3x but I liked that it was non binding and not too short. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner! I would have added a picture but it wouldn’t download!

I love the comfort and beauty of this dress. You don’t have to iron it. You don’t need a slip like many reviews I read said you do. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear as suggested and am glad I did because I don’t like form fitting items. I highly recommend this item and company!!

This dress is a fantastic find. We went to a Gatsby themed wedding. This dress was perfect.

The flapper dress fit as advertised for a Roaring 20’s Fall Celebration at the college I work for. Was a big favorite of all the flapper dresses that were worn.

I wear a 14/16 in most brands, but I am aware that bodies are all different and wear clothing differently too. With that being said, the dress was quite snug. I could get it on and off with no problems, but it was ill-fitting. The material was not very comfortable and itchy. Pieces of string and little black specs fell all over the floor when I tried it on. I will say the design was very pretty and well worth the price, but I should have gone a size up for my bust. I think overall it is a good product for the price and a nice dress for a 1920's themed dinner party or Halloween costume.

With an XS, dress fit perfectly. There is a side zipper, but the creme is slightly see through. Was able to wear a slip under and hid everything.

Was expecting much less for this price, wife was thrilled and fit was perfect.
