Great product!!

Have been taking these vitamin D tablets for a few years now and my Vit D levels have gone up quite nicely. So would highly recommend as a good solution if your levels are low.

The only brand I buy! My functional medicine Dr recommended this brand and every time my lab results come back now my D levels are great! I had a bone density test done and Dr said “I don’t know what you’re doing but keep it up!!”

Douglas labs Vitamin 3 is the only vitamin D that significantly raised my Vitamin D levels in blood work. You can count on their reputation to give you what you paid for.

Everyone is different and pills change. testimony is the LEAST FACTUAL for of "evidence" but most of the time the most trusted. Please don't trust my word, do your own research, experiments, ask your doctor. All i know is i had bloo work drawn and i was deficient. I researched the snot out of which vitamin D to take, a friend recomended this. Said it helped her during her pregnancy. So i took it. I felt better. But i also had other deficiencies and a specific problem that arouse in that pregancy that all make this hard to say, "this was amazing...it changed my life.. it can change yours too." I was defiecent and this helped. Having healthy vitamin d levels is beneficial for numerous reasons. If your thinking about this i would talk to your doctor about it, and see what he says and make an educated choice. But whatever you do, if you ARE deficient TAKE something don't put it on the back burner. It is not good to be deficent in vitamin D.
